It never fails that teenagers tend to have a desire to rebel and discover who they are as individual at some point during their teen years. Unfortunately, that can cause problems for a home life, even moreso when that homelife is in the public eye.

It seems that while Bill Llama is protesting for better working conditions as the recent article on his Occupy!Wading Pool rally illustrated, Ted Llama has begun 'finding himself' and trying new things that may or may not proved to be acceptable in the Reid family. Recent candid photos, such as the one below show evidence that Ted has gotten his ear pierced as an act of independence.

What's next for this rebelling young llama? Tattoos?

It seems dissent is brewing in the campaign team of Dunena Reid, opposition candidate for Minister of Magic here in America. Word has come from a reliable source who asked to remain nameless as they were not authorized to make a statement that there has been signs of unhappiness among Mr. Reid's two most trusted advisors, Bill and Ted Llama. The brothers apparently are not satisfied with working conditions and Bill Llama has begun protesting their benefits, as you can see by the candid photo our source supplied. Apparently, Ted Llama, while not pleased with conditions, has chosen to not support his sibling in this strike for better working conditions.

Host of WWBN-New York's Dunena's Mad Mad World Dunena Reid has now been honored with the prestigious title of 2011's Man of the Year by Hourglass Magazine in response to his actions in calling on the American Minister of Magic Ronald Frump to come clean about his love affair with a Mrs Lainy Bustiere and attempted efforts to accuse French nationals of a plot to murder the well known radio personality.

With a wide rage of Wizarding names mentioned it was a shock entry of Muggle Marty Harper that has raised eyebrows on the back of his arrest at the Fight the Darkness rally alongside Frenchwoman Fifi LaRoux. Other names mentioned include Ministers of Magic, Musicians and Producer Benjamin Jefferson and Cherry Clinger alongside our very own Greta Greenwich for her reports over the last year.

Hourglass Magazine's Person of the Year
Countdown to the 2011 Person of the Year

10. Benjamin Jefferson

39, American, Squb
The Little known Producer of WWBN's Dunena's Mad Mad World, a squib Benjamin has made his name working in the shadow of famous faces until in 2011 he teamed up to produce a late night show hosted out of New York that would become a worldwide sensation.

9. Greta Greenwich

31, American, Pureblood
A well respected reporter for The Global Voice, in 2011 it was her investigations into the dealings of American Minister for Magic Ronald Frump, and the investigation surrounding what is believed to be a conspiracy by one 3rd party to discredit French Hit-Witch Fifi LaRoux in a Arson attempt against the life of well known radio personality Dunena Reid.

8. DJ Noiseworks

32, Australian, Halfblood
2011 was the year that Nathan Wright burst onto the scene after a cult following in Australia and Europe the DJ and talented Guitarist first graced our shores alongside Spellomatic for the Weird Sisters Avada Karina Tour of the USA. After making a home for himself in the club scene of New York Nathan Wright also graced the stage at Glastonbury with Australian wrock band Silencio before returning to Australia alongside Angus Scott of Spellomatic for a summer tour.

7. Jamie Savage

42, England, Halfblood
The Sports world was shocked last year at the news of famous British Quiddich Champion Jamie Savage's fall from grace. However in 2011 Word is that the Chaser has been working hard to repair his image and taken to a professional role of training the next generation of Quiddich Stars for Italy. With the 2012 Wizarding World Games coming up next year no doubt Jamie will be one to watch.

6. Cherry Clinger

50, American, Pureblood
"The Hostest With the Mostest" thought out the Wizarding World there's no doubt that Cherry Clinger continues to capture the hearts and minds of those devoted to WWBN. From her interview with the Malfroy Family in lead up to the release of the final part of the Harry Potter film series to the never to be forgotten live broadcast with Fifi LaRoux and Dominic Benoit (and who could forget Ronald Frump?) that transformed opinions and garnished a entirely new generation of viewers and dispelled doubts that Cherrys talent ended at her 'assets'.

5. Fifi LaRoux

34, French, Pureblood
Fashion Icon and Darling of the French Ministry of Magic Fifi LaRoux's name has been all over our airwaves, from little known Auror to Famous Hit Wizard often seen on the arm of French Minister for Magic Dominic Benoit it is her outrageous antics that have won supporters both in her home country and abroad. With high profile interviews on The Cherry Clinger Show leading to her rescue of a innocent Muggle during a brawl caused by rioters outside the Ministry of Magic others have been less positive about the French Witch - none the least being the American Minister for Magic.

4. Dominic Benoit

73, French, Pureblood
Before this year few had heard of the French Minister for Magic, with domestic troubles at home overshadowing international developments it was on the level of a shock to American Audiences to view the heated exchange between French Minister and 'bad boy' Dominic Benoit and American Minister for Magic Ronald Frump. With the Muggle Eurozone in crisis it has been the careful management by Dominic Benoit that has come to be a shining star after his veto to allow the Galleon standard to be linked to the Euro causing the Magical World to remain immune to the worst of Europe's troubles.

3. Ronald Frump

74, American, Pureblood
Who could forget Ronald Frump this year? From a solid campaign win in 2010 based on traditional values it turned to be Ronald Frump's own taste for the ladies that lead him into strife in 2011. With the revelation of his affair with Ms. Lainy Bustiere a prominent purest alongside allegations of selling out the Magical world it was the report of his connection to the Arson attack against WWBN-New York Radio Host Dunena Reid in a attempt to plant the blame on French Hitwizard Fifi LaRoux that has left his government on the edge of collapse with polling results showing him unlikely to win any upcoming election... if he can keep the knives from his own party members at bay to last so long.

2. Marty Harper

50, American, Muggle
On the 17th of November the Wizarding World was shocked to see the attack against a unarmed Muggle during a scuffle that broke out at the Fight The Darkness Rally outside the American Ministry of Magic. Broadcast globally on The Cherry Clinger Show Marty Harper found himself thrust into the Magical World's Limelight after trying to defend the image of French Hitwizard Fifi LaRoux against allegations connecting the woman and American Minister for Magic Ronald Frump. While it is not known how Marty Harper came to be at the rally he became the target of Anti-Muggle elements within the crowd before being arrested by the NYPD.

2011 PERSON OF THE YEAR
1. Dunena Reid

41, American, Pureblood
Radio Shock-Jock on WWBN Dunena Reid's fame skyrocketed in 2011 from a relatively quiet career to be a major player in the Wizarding World thanks to his #1 rating program Dunena's Weird Weird World. Likened to the Muggle Julian Assange between stories of The Sky Falling In and 'Goat God Man' the late night conspiracy show has been a surprising source of revelations about the Politics of the Wizarding World, breaking stories about the Minister for Magic's secret hideaway with Ms. Lainy Bustiere and allegations of 'selling out' the Magical world with the release of Pottermore, a Co-Woozle and Sony funded project to allow Muggles to explore the magical world online. It was however Dunena's pubic actions that brought the most heat on the man, Calling a Day of Action against Ronald Frump's ministry his Fight The Darkness Protest quickly got out of hands with wild allegations against well known public figures. While it is not clear just how much truth where in his allegations and stories of Targeting by Ronald Frump's ministry there is no doubt that Dunena Reid has aligned himself closely with the winds of public opinion calling for a more open and transparent proceedings in the Magical World.

To this in 2011 we salute you!

Police are searching for two men who disappeared in the early morning hours of November 1st. A report was received on the 3rd of November from their employer, Llama.com de Tabagisme, when either Michel Souris and/or Donald Canard did not report for work for two days and could not be reached. Visits to their residences resulted in no answer and when the officers gained entry to their domiciles, found nothing out of the ordinary but no sign that either man had been home.

The Prefecture of Police are investigating reports of a man who either jumped or fell from Pont de la Tournelle in the early morning hours of November 1st.

Reports were received from a group celebrating L'halloween at a party on one of the barges docked along the River Seine. Witnesses stated that they observed a man plummeting from the bridge shortly before a flash of green light appeared in the night. They also report a cracking sound as if someone was setting off firecrackers.

Divers searched the river in the area the man would have entered the water and surrounding area but nothing was found. The Prefect suspects that if there was a jumper, he may have been taken down river with the current or it may have been youth bungee jumping from the bridge.

It appears that the the gallant gentleman who would step forward to defend someone's honor, only to be attacked and arrested for it, is now missing. Repeated attempts to contact him have proven unsuccessful and no one who does know this man seems to know where he has gone to . We have learned that his actions resulted in his employer terminating his employment with them for his actions that night which this reporter can only say seems to be at odds with the rest of the city's opinion of him.

Everyone from the man on the street to those in the media are praising his actions to defend another. Famed WWBN television hostess, Cherry Clinger is quoted as saying "That cute dude was such a loyal chap... probably not the best place to speak out like that but at least he did."

Merlin's portrait, currently hanging in the British Minister's office has issued a statement calling the man's action's "the most chivalerous since dear Arthur and that young Gallahad. Too bad more don't think to act like that."

The general concensus in the Manhattan wizarding quarter is one of praise for the actions of that man. This reporter has also received word that thanks to the work of Minister Frump and his office, all Muggle charges against the man have been formally dropped regarding the events of that night.

WWBN owner and CEO, Daniel Davenport, issued a statement last night that he regrets the behavior of his employee, WWBN radio host Dunena Reid in releasing photographs that had not been verified. The incident and the source of those photos are still under investigation.

Last night, the Muggle Occupy protests spilled over into the wizarding world when Famed Radio Host, Dunena Reid, organized a Fight the Dark Rally in front of the Ministry of Magic. What began as a peaceful demonstration soon began to breakdown into a scene of dissent and violence and ending in a confrontation between Minister Ronald Frump and Mr Reid live on WWBN's Cherry Clinger Show.

Mr Reid's intentions for the rally seemed simple enough as it began with a call, in his own words as he opened the rally "to tell those in charge that we are here and that we want change! We want our leader to be accountable for where our world is heading and what they have done to take it there. We must raise our voices and tell them of our displeasure". Mr Reid continued to tell those present that they were the power and they should take it back.

It was then that Mr Reid choose to show what he stated were photos of two individuals in a compromising situation. When a gentleman stepped forward to defend one of the individuals, as they were someone he knew, the crowd became vocal and things started to breakdown. This resulted in the gentleman's being attacked and Mr. Reid brandished his wand asking that no violence occur. He was not successful and when someone did come to the gentleman's aid, not only did physical violence increase but hexes as well.

It was at this point, Muggle law enforcement appeared and took two people into custody, including the gentleman who questioned the authenticity of the photo. Requests for a statement from the man have not been answered at this time. This reporter happened to be conducting an interview with Minister Frump and can testify to the shock the arrival of Muggle law enforcement was to him.

Also present at that time as he was granting a live interview to WWBN's Cherry Clinger, and identifying one of the pair arrested as a member of the French Ministry of Magic, was Dominic Benoit, Minister of Magic in France. He stated that: "I am very glad that you are here to witness a member of my staff being taken away.. had I not just mentioned but half a hour ago that this incident should have involved Ministry protection to ensure that no members of the public, nor of the magical population would be put at risk by the overwhelmingly negative political climate currently at the heart of American politics at this present moment Right now I have no idea what to believe but that your men had better do something now before you have a full blown race riot on your hands".

Aurors and Magical Law Enforcement personnel were immediately dispatched to control the situation. They are currently investigating the events of last night with the cooperation of Muggle Law Enforcement to discern what occurred.

It seems there is more to it than what meets the eye in the suspected arson of WWBN personality Dunena Reid's apartment. While original suspicions had been cast on a pair of llamas and lit cigarettes, evidence has arisen that shows the suspect may actually be a living human being rather than four legged beasts.

This reporter has been conducting her own investigation into the fire and discovered strands of human hair that did not belong to the occupant of the apartment as well as a distinctive piece of jewelry, a single earring. Currently, jewelers are being contacted regarding the sale of this piece.

It appears that statements made by Mr. Reid on his radio program regarding the reasons for the fire could possibly be true and the fire was set to keep him from continuing on in his quest for exposing corruption within the American Ministry.

While the Muggle authorities seem to have accepted the conclusion that a recent fire at well known WWBN radio personality, Dunena Reid's apartment was started accidentally by pet llamas, it seems those findings may not be accurate.

This reporter has begun conducting her own investigation into the aforementioned fire and it appears there may have been something other than creatures, Muggle or magical involved in the blaze. Evidence found at the scene makes it clear someone was in the apartment other than the owner and any pet or pets he may own.

Anyone who may have seen anything that night is welcome to contact the paper, anonymously should they wish, and relay any information they may have. Currently, evidence found at the scene are undergoing testing for any clues to their owner they may reveal. One item in particular has been traced to the retail establishment it was purchased at and this reporter will be visiting there to see if sales records may reveal the owner.

It is believed that this fire was an attempt to stop Mr Reid from revealing information about improper actions taking place in the Ministry.

The Fire Inspector has issued a report blaming the fire that occurred in the Manhattan apartment of popular WWBN radio host, Dunena Reid on a lit cigarette that had been left burning on the floor. The investigation also turned up hoof print marks in the carpeting which have been determined to be those of llamas. The statement issued by the NYPD Public Relations Office states that:

The fire appears to have started in the living room and spread through the apartment causing considerable smoke and fire damage to the residence. No other apartments were damaged in the building. Investigators found multiple hoof print marks on the rugs and the remains of several cigarettes that appear to have been dropped and left to burn on the floor. The apartment has been determined to be unsafe until repairs are made.

It seems that the American Minister of Magic would love to silence some members of the press but it doesn't work like that here, even if the press are on the fringe of being true journalists. While some scoff at the latest reports coming from a certain radio personality, this reporter has learned there is more truth to some of the reports then Ronald Frump would care to admit.

Investigations have proven the rumored existence of the formerly secret Tuscan villa that the Minister of Magic not only owns but has included one Ms. Lainy Bustiere on the deed as a co-owner. Unfortunately for Ms. Bustiere, proof has also come to light, and is now in the hands of Mrs. Frump's attorney, Geoff T. Dailey. Papers initiating divorce proceedings have been filed in the Manhattan District Courts and will begin immediately according to a press release from Mr. Dailey's office. As this article is going to press, subpeonas are being served on not only Ms. Lainy Bustiere but the staff of the villa as well as Mr. Frump's personal staff.

This reporter will continue to follow the developments and report them to you as they come to light.

With accusations flying between the Minister of Magic and a well-known WWBN radio host, it seems to have been discovered that the denials recently published in the various news channels, including this reporter's outlet, The Global Voice are a bit more cover up then truth. As the beloved bard has written, it seems the Minister 'doth protest too much'.

While it is rather easy to dismiss the claims of someone who also claims llamas are falling from the sky and of having met a goat god man, it has been discovered that there may some truth to the news of a dalliance between the Minister of Magic and a famous, or rather infamous Muggle. Before anyone begins to bandy about the name of the Muggle actress he escorted to the movie preview, that is not the dalliance that needs to be uncovered. Evidence exists that proves that the Minister was escorting the fine British actress as a professional gesture of courtesy and goodwill between the two worlds. Unlike the character she portrays in the film, Ms Staunton is a lady of fine breeding and good taste and there has been no improper behavior there.

However, it seems that evidence has surfaced indicating there has been a long term affair between the American Minister that has resulted in his wife hiring famed wizarding divorce lawyer, Geoff T. Dailey. When approached for comment today, Mr. Dailey would only say that he is preparing to file documents with the court and all would be forthcoming then. This could explain the Minister's recent move into a new penthouse apartment in the City from his enclave in Long Island. This reporter will continue to cover the story as it develops.

American Minister for Magic Refutes WWBN Claims as 'Ridiculous'

The American Minister of Magic is disputing claims from WWBN's Mad Mad World that he most certainly was not looking into a new position and was indeed plaining to run for re-election. Speaking at a press conference today he told The Global Voice that such ridiculous conspiracy theories where totally unfounded he went on to point out that while Muggles are a important part of the modern magical world and photographs of him at attendance of a preview screening of the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 on the arm of Imelda Staunton known for playing Delores Umbridge in the co-Wizard/Muggle produced film.

With moving pictures turning up on Woozle and the story breaking on Dunena Reid's NY talkback radio program usually reserved for crackpot theories about the sky falling and conspiracies about Llama the minister commented that "Only a pea brained idiot would trust the word of Mr Reid" before going on to clarify that his remark about pea brained idiots was in no way a disrespect to peas nor the idiot community. Despite the subject matter there has been calls for the a vote of no confidence in the Minister both in Pureblood circles from his soft stance on Muggles and seeming encouragement of blood blending and from Muggle Rights activists for being seen as indirectly supporting the view of Delores Umbridge famously remembered as for her crimes against Muggles, the wizarding community and fashion during the 2nd Wizarding War.

It was just his luck wasn't it?

Igor was in some random small town, trying to follow the scent of a certain few people that he was looking for. But this place was boring. It was night, of course, but seriously, what was there here? However, Igor wasn't paying attention to landmarks or anything like that. He was on the hunt, and not for his latest dinner guest. But the smell was growing weaker and it was making him upset. Igor wasn't sure why he was taking so much time to look for the girl, young adult, whatever the legal term was these days, but he had invested enough feeling, which was saying something what with his little black heart, to want to find out what the hell was up. If only he could find someone who could tell him something. But who to ask? There was no one. Or at least, no other smells that he could pinpoint with confidence.

He was getting rusty. Usually his sense of smell and finding people with it was keen. He had gotten lazy. Frustrated, Igor scowled and just walked down the sidewalk of this little town, trying to think of what he could do. There was only so much time before he had to head back to Melbourne to get to his safe haven from the sun.

Storm was glad she had apparated to the town from school rather than drove this particular time. She had begun to learn her way around somewhat during the day but things did look a bit different in the dark and she realized she had walked several blocks in the wrong direction as she headed to the video shop to visit with Olivia and maybe find a couple of dvds to watch in her room at school.

It was strange and funny how it had all worked out. It had started with the news that Professor Dragonsinger would be leaving her post to head up a new school further away. Apparently, heading up schools was becoming contagious because her father had also received a position as headmaster of a school back in Italy. Storm was happy for him and it had been a while since she had seen her father that excited. But she was not ready to head back to Italy just yet. Not now that she had finally figured out what she wanted to do with her life after school was finished.

One thing led to another and somehow both she and her best friend had ended up transferring schools and getting part time jobs, well at least Oli had. Storm was still hunting but the interview earlier seemed promising. For now, she was more interested in trying to figure out how to get to the right street for the video store. With a sigh, she began to look around to see if there was someone she could ask directions from.

Igor continued to walk, trying to catch a stronger, fresh scent but nothing was coming up, and it was making him even more frustrated than before. He would have scowled to his full potential, but having people see his fangs when he wasn’t interested in feeding was out of the question. He had no desire to eat, he had already done so back in Melbourne. Without a mess too, so that was a bonus. But as of right now Igor was in a one track minded mode, and he knew what he wanted to look for. And he wasn’t able to find her. Shoving his gloved hands into the pockets of his jeans, Igor walked, and walked, and walked. Man this place was boring, there was not anything here that he found even relatively interesting. Why would Olivia end up in a place like this, if the scent had indeed led him in the right direction?

Turning the corner, he caught a small whiff again, but it was too faint for him to be confident… But as he walked forward, a girl was walking towards him on the sidewalk and when he got a decent look at her, he narrowed his eyes before they widened in surprise that he managed to hide from his face. ”You…” Igor muttered to himself, thinking as to what the girl’s name was. It didn’t take too long before he got it. Storm.

”Storm.” Igor said simply, loud enough to get her attention as he stopped walking, wondering if she would respond… Or if it were actually her for a fact. He hoped it was Storm though, she would know where Olivia was, he knew it! He was quite certain it was her though. His usual smirk came to his face, she looked a bit lost, to him anyway. ”Don’t know where you’re going?” Igor asked the girl in question.

She had been looking around the area she was in trying to see if anything looked familiar so as to figure out which way to start walking. So far, nothing reminded her of anything she had seen during the day when in town. She was just about ready to consider trying to remember what the shop looked like to just apparate there when Storm heard someone call out her name and turned in the direction that the voice had come from. Well, she had wanted to find something familiar and guessed someone familiar was close enough. "Well, fancy meeting you here, Igor," she greeted the vampire wondering what he would be doing so far from Melbourne. At his question, she shrugged. "I know where I'm going, its the getting there that has apparently decided to be a problem. Haven't gotten quite used to the new town yet," she explained. "Bit far from your home field, aren't you?" she asked in return.

When Storm ended up looking up in his direction, Igor somewhat rejoiced inwardly. This was good, this meant he could get useful information out of her and then leave and go about his business. Of course, that was if she would tell him anything. Ah well, he would see what would happen. Harming the girl or threatening to gain information was out of the question. One, he owed her for bringing his undead self back from the dead and two, she was Olivia's friend, enough said there. At her greeting he shrugged and said, "Didn't exactly expect to see your face here of all places." At this point he didn't really care why or how, he just wanted information. And he was going to get it, somehow anyway.

New town? Hm... This was interesting to hear, moved in had she? No she was still a student if he remembered correctly. Was there a school somewhere nearby? Focus. "Don't look at me, I don't know jack about this place. However, tell me where you're going... maybe I passed by it." Longer he could get her to stick around and give him information, the better. Maybe Lady Luck would be kind to him tonight after all. Time to put on the nice behaviour and manners.

When Storm commented on him being far from his regular territory, Igor half grinned. Good, might as well cut to the chase. "I'm looking for her," was his reply, knowing that Storm would know who he meant by 'her'. "There one moment, gone the next. Managed to track her down to here, but I've lost the scent." Igor wouldn't admit it was partially his fault for getting rusty on how to track down someone you really wanted to find. Now here was the good question. "Where is she?"

While she may have brought him back from the dead undead dead, albeit unintentionally and without any knowledge that doing so was going to be one of the 'side effects' of her actions, Storm was Olivia's friend and therefore, protective of her friend just as Olivia tended to be protective of Storm. It was not that Storm would not want to see old friends such as Igor and Olivia (if that was an appropriate description of the pair, with those two you could never be sure), it was that she was not about to give out any information of any friend without knowing if said person wanted said inquiring minds to know. The National Enquirer Storm was not.

Of course, she would eventually reveal details but for now she was simply returning his comments and greetings with her own. "Well, could say the same about your face," Storm replied with a wry grin. "So you're lost, too?" she added when he admitted not knowing his way around the town as well. "Was running a few errands," she began until he commented about 'losing the scent'. "Scent? You're tracking someone?" she asked with a combination of surprise and amusement. Boy, Storm was fairly sure Olivia would just love to hear she was being 'hunted' like a 'prey'. At his explanation, she could only grin. "Her? Well, there's lots of 'hers' around here. There's teacher hers and barrista hers and even newspaper hers," she explained, having seen one of the reporters at the school doing an interview. "Depends on what type of her you're looking for."

Igor kept up the hope that just maybe this would be quick and easy and that he could find out where Olivia was and then… well, talk he guessed. Or whatever it was that would happen. He couldn’t think that far ahead at the moment. All he knew was that he had something to give her. However it looked like Storm was just answering back his questions as they came, almost like small banter back and forth, except without major league sarcasm. When she asked him if he were lost, Igor almost didn’t want to answer back, but hell, he’d never set foot in this part of Australia before, sticking mostly to Melbourne, and the occasional visit to Sydney. ”I guess you could say that, yeah,”” Igor finally admitted. When she commented with obvious surprise – and was that amusement too? – Igor sighed and crossed his arms over his chest. ”What? It’s how vampires find people faster than conventional means. And no, it’s not for dinner. This is important.” Or at least, Igor felt it was.

Her banter and evasion of his question was beginning to make Igor exasperated, but he was trying his best to keep somewhat calm though slight irritation was visible on his face. This was Storm’s friend, he couldn’t exactly extract information as he usual might. He had to be a nice little vampire. She wasn’t going to make this easy. ”Okay, fine. Look, I’m looking for Olivia,” Igor told Storm outright. ”I have something to give her. I have to find her. Unfinished conversations.” Igor fidgeted somewhat, shoving his hands back into the pockets of his jeans. Knowing that this was Storm though, Igor paused for a few moments. This was somewhat awkward, but it might just make things easier. ”…I’m not out to hurt her if that’s what you’re thinking.” Unless of course she had moved away to get away from him? How should Igor know? He hoped that wasn't the case, but he wouldn't know until he found her.

Storm bantering? Small talk? Her? Would you believe never? Rarely? How about almost never? How about........ Oh never mind. Even if you don't believe it, bantering was not something Storm would deliberately set out to do and she really had not at first but by the same token, she didn't give out information to every vampire that came along and definitely not ones that sparkled. Fortunately, for Igor's sake, he did not meet that last description. Had he sparkled, Storm might have had to knock that sparkly notsogoodness out of him. But that's another universe in itself (thank Goat!). She had to admit, she found humor in the fact Igor was rather lost in this section of Victoria. "You need to get out more, explore the wonders of the outback," she suggested with a bit of a grin.

However, Storm did listen as Igor tried to explain why he was searching for 'her', who he finally admitted was Olivia. Hmmm something to give her friend? Unfinished conversation? Merlin, this was beginning to get better than a cliff hanger episode of Werewolves of Our Lives or The Real Housewives of Old Melbourne Cemetary! Though as he tried to assure Storm that he would not hurt her friend, she narrowed her eyes and stared at him a moment. "Damn straight on that one, Igor. Just remember I brought you back into this world and I can take you out of it again." And if he harmed Olivia, Storm would definitely be working on her promise.

It was true, Igor was rather lost in this place, the only logical direction he had had was the faint trace of Olivia but when that faded, he was no longer sure it was there, he was as lost as he could be. His only consolation was that he could just apparate back to Melbourne without much trouble. At Storm’s comment, Igor raised an eyebrow and gave an ungrateful scoff, telling her, ”From what I see the outback is small and probably boring as hell. Getting a meal out here, always first on the evening list, would gave havoc like you couldn’t imagine.” The loss of one person would likely be compared to the loss of a dozen families in a place like this. An exaggeration of course, but we digress. His experiences back in Eastern European villages would attest to rural eating. ”But that’s besides the point,” he added after, before he got into his explanation as to why he was here in the first place.

Whatever Storm’s thoughts were on his explanation, Igor wouldn’t have cared, and wasn’t at all interested in attempting to sift through her mind to find out. Had he did, he would have raised an eyebrow at some of the strange soap opera names. But then… there we go, that seemed to set her off a bit, Igor noticed. The moment he mentioned harm against Olivia at his hands, that got Storm to narrow her eyes. Interesting nonetheless. Her statement made him roll his eyes somewhat. ”Yes, yes, thank you for bringing me to life. However, not only you can take me out, just about anyone can,” Igor told her, though he wasn’t going to spend hours arguing or even just discussing the idea of him hurting Olivia. ”Fact is, the warning has been noted Storm. Now, would you care to let me know where she is?” Igor asked once again, hands still shoved in the pockets of his jeans. He had of course all night to search, but that was besides the point. Repressing a sigh, he added with some slight hesitation, ”Please?”

Well, Storm wasn't so sure how small the outback was but she had a feeling it would probably be boring as hell, at least to vampires. He was also probably right that his 'dinner order' probably wouldn't be as well hidden there as it was in the large city. It wasn't quite besides the point as it seemed Igor had missed the point completely, which was travel and see more of Australia, something Storm had in mind to do once school was over and she was preparing to go to Uni. However, travel and tour destinations for Igor were neither here nor there at the moment as she was needing to see Olivia, especially now with the news Igor was wanting to see her and also would have to get back to her quarters at the school.

"What warning? It's a promise," she assured him but was glad he understood that she would not accept him hurting Olivia in any way, shape or form. "I do know where she is but first, what is it you have for her? Why so important?" Storm knew how Olivia felt about Igor, or at least had a good idea, after all things were rather confusing. However, she wanted to be sure whatever Igor wanted to so desparately see her friend for was not going to result in causing the girl heartbreak.

Igor shrugged his shoulder and said, ”Fine, whatever, a promise. Either way, it’s noted, so let’s move on.” Less time more talk, and more information, Igor was hoping at least. But it looked like now they were moving forward.. until Storm asked him what he had for Olivia and why it was important. Igor’s first thought was that she was being ungratefully nosy in his affairs, but then, if she was that protective of her friend, he supposed it was a justifiable question. But there were parts she had no reason to know about. He would make certain of that, since at this point the only person he had to speak fully to was Olivia. He hadn’t quite forgotten the Halloween night.

”It’s an item I have in my possession. A clarinet case if you must really know, and another item” he told Storm, not saying anything about the second item, that music box. His purpose for it? The importance? ”It’s importance? The clarinet case is a gift, and the other item… is not something I wish to discuss with you, only Olivia,” Igor told Storm evenly, though he added, ”No, there’s no bomb, or evil note of death wishing attached. I’ll tell you what though, it, I suppose, can mark a year’s time from a meeting we had at a park, I don’t remember the name.” Ah yes, that meeting had been interesting. Thinking about that, and what had been said between the two of them later at Halloween, well, he would see what would happen in due time. He had told her he would show her everything at some point. He would of course, leave the time to her discretion.

”I just want to know where she is, whether or not I see her tonight or immediately isn’t as important. I need to know where I can find her.” Would Storm just tell him something already? At this rate it would be sunrise before he learned anything, and Igor didn't exactly want to turn to a nice Crispy Igor Flambe.

Storm hoped Igor really understood she was serious about finding him if he ever hurt Olivia in any way. But she was intrigued by his telling her he had a clarinet case in his position. Now this was interesting since Storm had helped Olivia unpack at the new house and she had her clarinet case with her then. As far as Storm knew, and from the way Igor was talking, it appeared that there was no way she could have left it for Igor to have to bring to her. This meant someone was buying gifts for her friend. Interesting to say the least. Which he then proceeded to admit to. "Awfully nice gift," she commented, raising eyebrows at the news it was for one year from the day that the pair had first met while Olivia was out wandering. "She's in town. Working," Storm finally told him.

At this point Igor wasn’t sure what to expect anymore, but he would wait and see and hope that he got some sort of answer. Anything would do, he was a smart vampire, he could figure things out if only he got a small lead to work with. When Storm commented on the gift he had gotten for Olivia, Igor rolled his eyes but he didn’t say anything at first. Whatever it was that Storm was thinking in her head, Igor was happy that he wasn’t listening in. Nor did he exactly want to listen in. Igor finally acknowledged Storm’s comment and said, ”Yeah, well…” He trailed off, better to quit while he was ahead. Igor had caught the raised eyebrows when he spoke of the gift he had gotten Olivia and the year since seeing Olivia at the park. He didn’t have to give explanations to anyone though. Or at least, unless they were asked of him directly, to which Igor would probably either lie through his teeth, or flip them off. ”I felt like getting it for her. Enough said," Igor finished, somewhat lamely. Slightly awkward area of conversation was awkward.

And there we go! Finally, some sort of a clue was given by Storm, to which Igor was at least thankful for. So she worked in this little place did she? Okay, that was a start… even though Storm didn’t exactly say where. Could she be on her way there right now? It was possible. ”She works in this town? Okay,” Igor said, thinking what he could do next. To ask or not to ask, that was the question. Either way, he would figure it out himself with or without Storm’s help. Might as well see what happened. ”Trying to find your way there, I take it?” Igor commented, ”Since you looked so perpetually lost when I got here.”

Now, Igor took a moment to look at the girl and he thought about something for a moment. Curiosity killed the cat, but then again, he was technically dead, so what did he care? ”How is it you got to be such a close friend to Olivia?” His curious tone was slightly obvious but he tried not to make it overly there. Whether or not she spoke, Igor didn’t really care all that much, though if she did, that would be quite the bonus.

Really, it was not rocket science to figure out what was going on here with Igor and a certain friend named Olivia. Storm had her suspicions but was not going to pry, at least not with Igor. She'd talk to Olivia later and see what her friend had to say about the current events that were unfurling. For now, she simply nodded at Igor's 'yeah'. She wasn't going to pry further and at least he was willing to give a bit of an explanation which is why she did finally admit Olivia was working here. "Yes, in town," though she didn't say anything more as there was the sound of lilting music. Not quite music box quality but with a distinct tone all its own. It was then Storm realized she had not had dinner since she had planned to see if Oli wanted her to pick up something for Oli's break time.

"Mr. Whippy!" Storm exclaimed as the van came into view. "Would you want one?" she offered Igor, not sure if he could eat one or not but willing to treat the vampire to a Mr Whippy if he so desired. Once she had Igor's reply, she went over and made the purchase and returned to his question about how they became friends. She tilted her head as she took a bite of her ice cream and thought a moment. "We were both feeling, well kind of lost at the school. Someone I thought was a friend had pulled away and she was feeling rather ... Well, it was all new to her.. the school, the magic, everything."

Okay, good, so Olivia was in town, that was helpful. But it seemed the timing was off, as Storm got distracted by the sound of music. Igor hadn’t been paying attention so he hadn’t heard it coming. At first it faintly reminded him of a music box, though he didn’t freeze or anything, as when the music got closer to his sensitive hearing, Igor could tell it wasn’t anything like a music box. Much lower quality, but oh well. When a van came Igor was a bit confused as to why Storm called out ‘Mr. Whippy’ but once it was clear, he realized it was just an ice cream truck. For a brief moment Igor remembered eating ice cream with Ivan when they were just toddlers, but he shook that out of his head.

”Uh… No, we can’t eat ice cream,” Igor offered, not actually sure about that though, ever since he became a vampire he had never tried to eat ice cream. Not to mention he didn’t want to think back to his childhood. He just watched as Storm went to get herself some ice cream and when she came back, he gave him an answer to his question. Thinking back on when he first met Olivia, oh yes, she had been very curious about vampires. ”Explains her curiosity when I first saw her,” Igor commented.

Then Igor remembered, when Storm mentioned herself, but realized that probably wasn’t the right person. ”Ah, fair enough I guess. Whatever,” Igor said with a shrug. His thoughts went back to Olivia again and he asked, ”Out of all the kids I ever tried to frighten after curfew at the school, I have to say she was the only one not to get freaked out. Goes to show how either everyone else was just a pansy, or she was just much to curious about a vampire.”
