Update from the 2012 WWBN Election Newsroom...
Polls closed just minutes ago but with the expertise of the finest countermonkey's have projected a landslide win for former WWBN Mad Mad World Host Dunena Reid.
Exit poll results give a strong 80% majority result for the newcomer with some even choosing to vote for exotic animals then give a vote to Frump in what has to be his worst result ever.
You heard it here first, Dunena Reid is the new American Minister for Magic!

Okay so yes I've been a bit slack the last couple of months with the blog.. my bad!
Believe it or not it's now April and just two weeks from the day Wizards Without Boundaries first came into existence, it's amazing how fast the year has gone and how much the site has grown since that day, we now have 40 registered characters and just shy of 2,000 posts!
We've seen a couple of people come and go over the year but are always very excited to welcome a new one to the board, so don't forget to drop by and say Hi to Molly and her character Rubi Day who's joined the girls at Gippsland Grammar.
While school for most of the characters has started up the other big piece of news is of course the new skin, because it arrived a bit early there's a few bits and pieces that's still being optimised and worked on, so you should see it improving over the coming year. So if you see anything that's out of wack please let M know immediately so she can fix it!
Some parts that are currently being fixed are the Profiles and Contact fields, along with a full top banner to better organize information about the site.
We also have three new fonts.. which reminds me that I need to recode the buttons.. busybusy me:
Alice
Alice our main font is lovely new bookish type.
IM Fell English
IM Fell Italic is a old book font perfect for sending a official letter or for a book/diary page.
Diplomata SC
and Diplomata SC that will be great for headings, certificates and other important thingamajigs.
Finally there's a few big events coming up in 2012 including:
The American Magical Election where I hear Dunena Reid has put his mind into showing Ronald Frump who's boss.
Elections will be run in November and all Magical American Characters will have the right to vote.
The 2012 Wizarding World Games returns to London in the UK
and Pirates of WWBN - At Honey's End Part 2 continues the epically silly adventure for Talk Like A Pirate Day.
Last but not least is the wedding of Gerard Hunter and Tiffany Fumberger.. or will it be Marcus Hobson and Rowan Dragonsinger who tie the knot first?
Don't forget, if you want to keep up with what's happening all over the board drop by the Thread Masterlist where you can get a summery of all threads from day 1.
Also all secondary school students are encouraged to fill out the Student Enrollment with their class selection to assist in helping teachers organize classes.
